		<description>Great recipe to fall back on!  I usually have buttermilk in my fridge - we drink it, put it in pancake batter and make biscuits with it.  You see, my husband&#039;s family is from South Carolina, where it&#039;s a staple.   Thanks, Denise!</description>

They said you&#039;d have to mix it well after it thawed, but it&#039;s worth a try.</description>
